Registration

The Workshop registration includes attendance to all the Workshop sessions and keynote lectures, coffe break refreshments and lunches, and participation to the Workshop banquet on March 20, 2024. It is possible to bring one or more accompanying persons to the Workshop dinner for an additional charge, which must be paid during the registration.

Registration to the Workshop will close permanently on March 10, 2024 (last day to register).

The Workshop registration is closed, payment by credit card is not possible anymore.

Registration refund policy

Registrations are fully-refundable minus a EUR 25 (USD 30) administrative fee until February 16, 2024 5 PM CET.
After February 16, 2024 5 PM CET, all processed and new registrations become 100% non-refundable.
