Instructions for Speakers

• The time allowed for each delegate presentation is 12 minutes, followed by a 3-minute Q&A session.
• The projector aspect ratio is 16:10. Slides designed in 4:3 ratio will be displayed without loss of size or quality.
• A PC with Windows OS and MS Office software installed will be available for presenters to play their slides. In addition, HDMI connections will be available if you choose to use your personal device. You are encouraged to bring your own HDMI adapter if you plan on using a device which does not have a HDMI port.
• At least one session before yours, you must either copy your presentation onto the available PC, or test your personal device. Workshop staff will be available to assist.
